Two Screw Operator

As a Two Screw Operator, you will work to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities

• 2nd shift: 3:00-11:30pm

• Flexibility needed for 8 hour shifts on compounding lines and mixing equipment.

• Startup batches using Extrusion twin screw compounding process and Human Machine Interface (HMI) to produce in spec material

• Work on packaging line- assemble and fill boxes; when necessary, add discrepancies to cycle count.

• Operate load/unload feeders, blenders, and packaging line

• Record data from lines and enter data onto batch sheets

• Ensure we meet all HACCP requirements in extrusion

• Complete Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRAs)

  You bring

• Basic Math skills (required)

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs to move material from sacks into equipment (required)

• Manufacturing experience in extrusion (preferred)
