AR Accountant(Contractor)Shanghai Minhang
This is One-year contractor for AR Accountant,located in Shanghai Minhang Campus.
Your key responsibilities•Notify management and credit team on collection problems, prepare and submit concession and write off requests for review and approvals.•Responsible for AR related daily booking into SAP system accurately•In charge of foreign currency collection for trade and non-trade, including bank draft and LC. Complete foreign exchange declarations through ASONE in a timely manner•Conduct monthly AR module closing process efficiently and high-quality. Including but not limited: reconciliation with other affiliates, sales rebate accrual and Bad debt management.Work closely with sales associates and follow up the settlement of sales rebate and write offs of bad debts.•Responsible for the analysis, reconciliation, and collection of a large portfolio of Customer Accounts with the objective of reducing and minimizing past due balances.•Monthly review the status of invoice issue in order to avoid miss invoicing and duplicate invoicing. Collect detailed information regarding disputed billings or invoice errors and forward to CE team and sales. Follow up the process of solving dispute cases

You bring•Bachelor or College degree in accounting or finance related major,Minimum of 2 years of financial related activities•Good knowledge of Chinese accounting principles,Proficient in MS Office application; Knowledge of SAP is preferred.•Good command of English in both written and spoken is preferred•A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.•A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives•A spirit of initiative and drive for progress, contributing to our collective success as you are empowered to take ownership.
