Job title – Distributor Manager, China/APACLocation – Shanghai, ChinaJob model – HybridYour missionBusiness performance/Business and customer follow-up：

• Develop the sales with current distributors

• Monitor and follow up customer orders (from order entry to delivery, including dispute management and invoicing), acting as an interface between the company's export sales department and the customer.

Relationship management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the distributors

• Monitor and animate the existing distribution network (visits to distributors, monitoring business in progress, accompanying distributors to customers, sales support tools, etc.).

• Facilitate exchanges between head office teams and distributors in order to achieve sales targets and support the Group’s development abroad.

• Coordinate head office teams (regulatory, marketing, supply…) to streamline working relations with distributors and optimize operations between various stakeholders

You bring

• 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with pharmaceuticals distributors

• Medical or biological knowledge related to the field of application of the product(s) is a plus

• Experience of the Chinese market

• Have worked with multiple countries in APAC region is preferable

• Ability to communicate, manage, influence and negotiate with distributors
