Strategic Transformation Sr. Manager/Assoc. Director, Taste North America

The Strategic Transformation Sr. Manager/Director is enthusiastic about people, processes, and change. This role involves overseeing a range of projects that span various functions—including sales, technical operations, supply chain, regulatory affairs—while collaborating with both regional and global teams. A self-starter and humble leader, the ideal candidate will excel at building connections, influencing stakeholders, and fostering a harmonious environment for mutual success.

The position will report to the Sr. Director Strategic Transformation & Sales Distribution for our Taste, Texture & Health division in North America.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives aligned with our 5-year strategic plan

• Foster a continuous improvement environment with a focus on solving root-cause

• Influence the development and deployment of our digital strategy

• Build a network of change management allies and foster collaboration across business functions, including Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Regulatory

• Navigate seamlessly from high-level strategic planning to hands-on implementation.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar senior-level role. Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience

• Strong business acumen in a related industry is a plus

• Prior business consulting experience is highly desirable

• Project Management and experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement are advantageous
