As a Material Planning Manager, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials to meet our customer needs. Your leadership skills and expertise in the supply chain will be key to optimizing inventory levels while reducing costs, and most importantly developing the NAM material planning team.

Responsibilities:
Assure order portfolio of materials with appropriate inventory level to meet inventory targets without compromising service to our customers.
Responsible for mitigating risks and solve raw material shortages impacting customer requirements.
Work with procurement, quality and other stakeholders to solve raw material shortages and mitigate future risks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to lower risks, improve service levels and optimize inventory level.
Own performance metrics covering on-time delivery, MOH, and inventory obsolete.

You bring:
5+ years of purchasing experience leading a team.
Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Operations / Supply Chain; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience in procurement and business operations, SAP, Kinaxis, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Proven analytical and decision-making skills to support effective decisions, problem resolution, and process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Detailed oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities and organize daily activities.
