You’ll be responsible to:

Act as the primary segment business development champion for DSM’s digestive health benefit solutions platform.

  • Provide key strategic guidance and executional support to enable cross-functional team to deliver on segment sales and profit targets.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the long-term strategic and short-term tactical priorities.

  • Help achieve new business growth across a diverse set of customer segments.

  • Maintain regional leadership and help contribute to shaping and expanding deployment of digestive health innovation across different capabilities within DSM.

    What we like to see in your experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in consumer and/or B to B marketing/business development, preferably within science-based healthcare organizations (e.g., consumer health and/or supplements business segments)

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • Experience with the digestive health category is REQUIRED

  • Broad view on industry, in-depth knowledge of marketing, products, ingredients, manufacturing process, packaging and competitive landscape.

  • Knowledge of other key disciplines (Operations, Finance, Sales, Quality and Regulatory).

  • Budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills required.

  • Working understanding of finished product development, design and manufacturing

  • Direct innovation and technical product development experience

  • Nimble and entrepreneurial attitude. Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.
