Job Title – Senior Customer Experience Representative

Location – Mumbai, India

Your active listening skills, coupled with persistence, will foster customer loyalty, and contribute to our sales and revenue targets by delivering unparalleled service. Your crisis management abilities will be invaluable in day-to-day order management, covering tasks like order processing, resolving issues, and managing releases. Your meticulous attention to detail and precision will guarantee clean and accurate data management and predictive analysis, facilitating our achievement of customer KPIs. Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline Order-to-Cash processes and coordinate customer needs efficiently.

  • Comprehend and input customer demand accurately.

  • Resolve supply chain challenges to facilitate smooth deliveries for customers.

  • Foster transparent and effective communication between Customers and dsm-firmenich, providing feedback as necessary.

  • Take ownership of customer constraints and continuously enhance dsm-firmenich's service standards.

  • Initiate, monitor, and close out customer non-conformities effectively.

  • Conduct monthly demand planning activities based on customer input.

  • Identify and suggest potential action plans and ensure their follow-up.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to address any potential commercial issues and necessary actions.

  • Arrange visits for major clients, conducting thorough business and performance reviews while assessing existing consignment stock inventory.

    You bring

  • Graduation/Post graduation: preferably MBA/PGDBM

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain/Customer experience

  • Business Acumen, Leadership, Collaboration, Analytical skills, and good communication.

  • Good SAP knowledge
