As an olfactive specialist, you will be part of the QC team for Perfume & Beauty division, the last key of the supply chain process. You'll play a vital role on the release of the finished products, ensuring the conformity of olfactive profile for our Fine Fragrance customers. You'll be part of the improvement of quality process in production, investigations on olfactive quality issues and development of solutions with QA team. Key responsibilities:
Apply olfactive procedures and HSE rules.
Responsible for decision approval/rejection on fragrance finished products.
Participate to Raw Materials evaluations.
Facilitate/lead investigations to provide feedback related to olfactive non-conformances.
Take part in and lead continuous improvement projects/initiatives.

You bring:
Young MA degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in olfaction
A laboratory experience in fragrance olfaction or ingredients for fragrances
Excellent team player with intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore new challenges.
Effective communication, easily connecting to others and listening actively.
Effective decision-maker within aera and level of expertise
Good technical understanding, knowledge of raw materials for perfume and procedure (ISO, QHSE, 5S).
Good computer skills, fluent in French and English.
