Sr. Facilities Manager

The role holder will be fully accountable for the provision of Facility Management & Workplace Services including Project Management & Real Estate support for all non-industrial sites across Mexico, this includes direct management of all related GREW services, operating budgets and internal/external supplier relationships.

Your key responsibilities.

• Manage and maintain non-industrial site facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards; Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements;

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with service providers;

• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency;

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance and facilities staff;

• Handle emergency situations and provide solutions in a timely manne r ;

• Experience in managing Facilities services in similar environments/sites

• A performance driven individual with a strong commercial outlook, familiar working in a service or facility management environment working with a wide range of internal & external service providers and technical experts

• A passion for making a difference and an active curiosity in all aspects of operational service delivery and workplace innovation

• You should be strong communicator and leader, able to create a shared vision for success fostering collaborations across business units and multiple partners within GREW
