Industrialization Senior Manager

As a Industrialization Senior Manager on our site in Louvain-la-Neuve, you will be in charge of a team of three people. This position works closely with stakeholders such as Quality and SHE, R&D, our Commercial teams and the Sampling team.

Your mission

• Facilitate and contribute to the Firmenich Global Product Industrialization strategy by ensuring successful launch of new products including review of processes and production equipment observing all required HS&E, Quality and Business standards –

• Act as working manager of a small team - Local representative & key contact person for Product Industrialization

• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized competency such as expertise developed through experience in product technology and/or improvement project management

• Coordinate improvement initiatives and execute actions relevant to PI - Demonstrates Outstanding Presentation skills in order to deliver compelling, engaging, transformative, educational, and/or instructive messages

• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within deadlines and cost efficiency

You bring

• MA degree of Science Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent confirmed expertise gained through experience

• 10 years min related experience in a manufacturing environment with confirmed ability to drive projects - Food/ Flavors industry preferred

• Demonstrate ability to lead and engage peers as well as influence within different level of the organization - Successfully works in a matrix organization and easily adapts to a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrates strong Analytical skills with ability to solve problems

• Familiar with Manufacturing practices, process safety analysis (PHA) and Job safety Analysis (JSA)

• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills- Proficient in spoken and written English as well as in French

• SAP knowledge a plus
