Develop an in-depth category understanding for AIR CARE and FRAGRANCES Europe (dynamics, brands & products activity)
Know the strategic players, brands, client portfolios and novelties to identify market trends and rising stars
Co-lead, deploy and monitor the AIR CARE and FRAGRANCES strategy for Regional Consumer Brands Europe
Maximise business opportunities through the cross-functional forum and other defined channels
Co-lead and deploy initiatives pipeline for the category (including global innovation and regional initiatives) and monitor the return of investment.
Deliver impactful presentations to our clients, showing dsm-firmenich’s value proposal.
Work in close collaboration with Sales, FDM, Consumer Insights, Regional Consumer Brands Europe Marketing team, Global Marketing and the Regional Consumer Brands team located in the UK.

You bring
Two years’ experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry
Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories , brands clients and market dynamics.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.
Engaged, can do attitude and proactive spirit.
Teamwork oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.
Agile, adaptable to consumer
