  • Drive MN strategy and business development, customer engagement activities, and the innovation pipeline for the Medical Nutrition segment.

  • Achieve or exceed financial and business performance goals, aligning with the company culture.

  • Collaborate with regional segment managers to develop and implement market penetration strategies tailored to each region.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence, securing necessary resources for strategic guidance and a results-driven mindset.

  • Develop and leverage business tools, ensuring global team compliance to meet company representations.

  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to line management and relevant stakeholders, measuring and taking action on performance metrics.

    You bring :

  • University degree with a technical or analytical background, preferably strong track record in customer management.

  • Excellent understanding of customer’s business segment and activities.

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in regulated markets.

  • Ability to think long-term and design strategies that align with overall business goals while considering unique aspects of each region.

  • Proficiency in adeptly navigating diverse organizational hierarchies, including interactions with top-level executives.

  • Capability of handling complex tasks spanning across different regions and functions.
