Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for supply and inventory management, service levels, and setting targets for supply chain key performance indicators (inventory, service, cost), ensuring reliable supply delivery and optimized replenishment strategies.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability to achieve organizational goals and supply chain excellence.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Procurement, and key stakeholders across Business Units and the Global Supply Chain to develop cost-efficient supply plans, ensure order fulfillment, and support forecast adoption. Partners with Group Supply Chain and Regional Logistics to enhance Value Stream Efficiency (VSE) and reduce supply chain costs.

  • Oversee optimized supply and inventory management across the value streams for all products and intermediates within the Vitamins Unit (e.g., WSV, FSV, CARO’s), developing and executing end-to-end strategies to enhance reliability and reduce Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in alignment with business development objectives.

  • Lead the implementation of end-to-end value stream strategies to ensure high-quality supply at competitive costs.

  • Redesigns end-to-end processes to improve key KPIs, including coordination with other Business Units for the mutual supply of Vitamins and CARO’s across all dsm-firmenich product segments (e.g., pharma, ELN, DS, Personal Care, Aromas, Animal and Human Nutrition).

  • Drive the execution of strategic end-to-end projects, as well as supply chain improvement initiatives within ANH, to enhance the competitive positioning of Vitamins Unit products.

  • Establishes and enhances supply chain processes and systems, working closely with global supply chain functions, digital teams, and ANH regions to deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
