Dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition and Health business unit is a leader in bringing essential and precision solutions to animal feed producers to enable them to have greater sustainable impact and profitability.For the Czech market, we are looking for an account manager to join our team. As the account manager, you will be responsible for developing new customers by planning and executing visits to partners, with a focus on farms with products designed to be sold directly to farmers. You will also be responsible for creating business plans, monitoring the business market to adjust plans, and internal communication with customer service, managers, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales processes.

You bring
Agricultural education preferred.
1 to 2 years of experience in the agricultural feed market.
Independent working style with a focus on owning the outcome.
Native in Czech and excellent communication skills in English.
Analytical and great at presenting.
Must have a driver's license B and be proficient in using a PC.
Agile way of working.
As the ideal candidate, you are passionate about the agricultural industry and have a strong understanding of the market. You are able to work independently and take ownership of your work. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong relationships with clients.
