As Manager Operational Excellence, part of the TTH Operational Excellence Team, you will deliver sustainable and effective deployment of the continuous improvement vision and programs creating measurable value for the business on the TTH Sites in North America.

Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and report on a continuous improvement multi-year plan for the sites in scope.
Facilitate Continuous Improvement ‘health checks’, performance diagnostics and other workshops on sites as needed.
Coach and develop site facilitators for the sites.
Organize and lead continuous improvement training such as yellow belt.
Participate in Group and Business Unit Continuous Improvement Networks as needed.

You bring:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a technical discipline.
Good knowledge on continuous improvement deployment methodology, tools and practices.
LSS Green Belt certified preferred plus Project and Program Management skills
Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing/operations required
Relevant Operations Experience in the food, chemical or processing industry preferred
Experience with executing continuous improvement or cultural change projects on the shop floor
