Maintenance Scheduler & Planner, 1st shift
Location: Exton, PA (USA)
Onsite (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm)
As a Maintenance Scheduler & Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs.

Responsibilities:
Maintenance Plan Development: Create and execute a comprehensive maintenance plan for the facility, covering preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate maintenance tasks with production operations to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Safety and Efficiency: Develop clear maintenance procedures and work instructions to ensure safe and efficient practices.
Proactive Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, identifying potential issues early to prevent major problems.
Accurate Records: Maintain up-to-date maintenance records, including work orders, equipment history, and schedules.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with the engineering team to explore equipment upgrades and modifications. Provide technical support to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.

You bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
