We are seeking a motivated:
Logistics Service Agent
to join our team in Delft. As a Logistics Service Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating operational logistics activities and managing various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will execute small logistics projects, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for execution of all relevant logistics functions in SAP.
Carry out all non-SAP logistics functions including but not limited to; liaising with Warehouses and Logistics companies, providing documentation for Export and Import requirements, provision of logistics related information to Customer Service.
Assist in all import and export transactions. Facilitate problem resolution with key stakeholders, as needed.
Responsible for a correct order process and communication towards stakeholders for road, air and sea freight transport in line with the requested delivery date at the place of destination or to find alternative transport with the aim to deliver on the requested date.
Responsible for the creation and availability of various export documents within the defined lead times, when the requested date cannot be reached escalation is mandatory.
Responsible to continuously review, manage and proactively communicate regarding various delivery/documentation instructions as given by the commercial assistant for new customers.

Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 44.752 to € 63,931 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.
You Bring
Educational Background: A solid foundation in logistics education.
Experience: Broad experience in logistics, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices.
ERP Proficiency: Experience working with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
Collaborative Abilities: Strong skills in teamwork and collaboration, effectively working with various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Excellent problem-solving skills, able to navigate and resolve complex logistics issues.
Results-Oriented: A strong drive towards achieving results and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
