Senior Manager Customer Marketing

Location: Cromwell, CT

Place of work: Hybrid

Senior Manager Customer Marketing runs the day-to-day operations and serves as the “voice of the customer” when interfacing and collaborating with Marketing to develop brand, channel and customer plans. You interact with operations ensuring excellent execution of all programs at the account level. Additionally, you interface with Account Teams to ensure that the brand and marketing objectives are easily translated into channel and customer imperatives. Finally, Senior Manager Customer Marketing supports and focuses on growing e-commerce business to develop best in class content.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work across all brands in the i-Health portfolio and customers to closely collaborate with the brand teams to develop the brand strategy to work within grocery channel and drug channel and communicate that to the sales teams

  • Apply best practices in Sales Strategy and support all aspects of Customer Marketing and Category Development initiatives for all brands across Grocery, Drug and Canada accounts

  • Assist in the development of overall Sales strategies in collaboration with Marketing

  • Co-develop pricing, promotion, placement and product from an account and channel standpoint

  • Link Brand strategy with channel & customer strategies

  • Build strong internal and external relationships and processes to help to provide timely assessment and decision analysis for sales spending opportunities

    You bring

  • Minimum of 5 years consumer packaged goods sales/marketing experience required

  • Strong data analytics experience, specifically with Nielsen and IRI required; HH panel data, Syndigo and Salsify knowledge a plus

  • Experience managing others preferred

  • Knowledge of Customers and Channels and promotional vehicles and expertise in retail execution; Understanding of both e-commerce and brick & mortar businesses

  • Forward thinking, resourcefulness and e-Commerce experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
