Consumer Experience Content Manager - Cromwell, CT (Hybrid)

The Consumer Experience Content Manager plans, aligns and oversees all aspects of global content across all platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, web, digital and social advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Development and Management: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms including digital, social media, print, etc.

  • Content Calendar and Planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with key marketing initiatives, product launches, and industry trends. Work hand-in-hand with brand marketing, design and web developers to set priorities and coordinate content production schedules, deadlines, etc.

  • Content Optimization and Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content initiatives. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on audience insights, engagement metrics, and market trends.

  • Brand Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with brand, design and agency teams to deliver consistent and cohesive brand execution across consumer, HCP, and customer touchpoints including website, social media, email communications, events, and customer support.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Foster close partnership with external (agency) partners, internal design and marketing 'clients' (global/regional brand and digital marketing teams)

    You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital content for a B2C company or agency

  • Experience managing content on Meta, Tiktok, WordPress, etc

  • Experience with supplement/nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or OTC is a plus

  • Experience developing content/campaigns across multiple media platforms

  • Experience working effectively with multiple cultures/designing globally relevant content

  • Eagerness to learn and build expertise about brand, product, consumers, market contexts, and stakeholders

  • Collaborative with ability to foster partnership with a variety of stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership on projects; s trong analytical skills to analyse reports and work with data sets

  • Strong writing skills and creative acumen
