dsm-firmenich QA Specialist in Cileungsi, Indonesia

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for to perform Quality Assurance activities at a site in line with Global driven Policies and Procedures. This function will be reporting to QA Manager who is based in dsm-firmenich Indonesia , Cileungsi site .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes Global Policies and Procedures

  • Create and add local policies and procedures following local laws/regulations/requirements to Global Policies

  • Participate in the creation of local Performance Plans for the site from a QA perspective

  • Responsible for collecting identified Best Practices and reporting them to management

  • May perform one or more of the following Categories of Quality Assurance Activities and may have additional tasks within each:

  • Customer Questionnaires / Client Documents (Documents that a local site is required to fill out for clients, authorities, etc., Global Client contracts are reviewed and validated by each requested local site)

  • Quality ISO Certifications (Preparation and Management such as Scheduling, Attending, Completing Action items etc.)

  • Audit Management (Clients, Gov't, etc.) Preparation, Scheduling, Attending, Completing Action items, etc.

  • Plant QA Management (overall QA at a site within SC, maintaining a FULL site QA culture, CAPA management, Cleaning verification, etc.)

  • Non-Conformance Management (Non Conformance identification, Root Cause Analysis, KPI management, Reporting, Review and Approvals of Corrective Actions, may interact with local client Quality)

  • Master Data Management (Partner with QC to manage all site Quality master Data, provide local validation and management of QMD, create Master Data change requests)

  • R&D / Creation / RM - Integration into Pre-Sale (Provide support during Product Creation to identify QA risk during creation)

  • Training (may include site internal training / external training / new employee training / Local QC and Suppliers)

  • Food Safety Regulation Compliance Management (Local food claims management, local prevention, local regulation knowledge)

    You bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Food Science, Agro-industrial tech, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry from preferred and accredited university required

  • A minimum of 3 years Quality Assurance manufacturing management experience within the food, beverage, pharma, and chemical .

  • Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and/or lean methodologies is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and team building skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands

  • Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team

  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP systems and analytical skills (MS Excel)
