Your key responsibilities

• Been the guardian of Supply Chain KPIs in the globalization reformulation process.• Build a robust process on dual passport and STP exception for global action and with the regions. • Responsible for the scope of supply chain for BCP /SCR program with the KGA and being part of the successful partnership with different stakeholder.• Liaises with regions and different stakeholders’ teams to drive necessary actions on leveraging SNO activities.• Follow the start of the Kinaxis implementation. • Ensures the necessary support and communication to the Regions in action follow up on the require scope.

• Supports the shift from reactive to proactive management on department level in its creation.• Supports the department and activity with KPI set up and analysis SNO for regular activities and optimization. • In charge of providing information for the KGA SOP at global level for the NPI scope.

You bring• 3/5 years’ experience with SAP / Kinaxis.• Flavors/Perfumery background preferred.• Ample experience in Planning within a fast-paced / high number of materials environment.• Tangible experience in implementing/participating in processes process implementation and business continuity plan.• Strong capability for collaborating in multinational, multicultural teams.• High level communications as this role will interact with senior management.• Large database management expertise.
